I received an email from H. Jones who said:
I just found your web site and am so happy I did. The pictures brought back a lot of memories - I saw places where I had been over 30 years ago. I was a Military Policeman and spent the biggest part of my time at Dong Tam.  For example, there is a picture of the guard tower {shown from the rear of the tower} at the PW compound. If you look at the picture, you will notice a slat is missing. I'm the person that took it out! I wanted to be able to see what {and who} was behind me!
